Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.
~Albert Einstein
If you're like me, when you see or hear the word "imagination," you first think of artists — Romantic poets, movie directors, painters, etc. But Einstein reminds us that imagination is not just the tool of the "creative" types. Or rather, you could say that we are all, in our own ways, creative. No matter what your career, whatever tasks you have to accomplish this week, chances are you will need to use your imagination to get them done. Often, we need to give our minds a rest from constant analysis and forward motion to give the imagination room to have its say.
This week's challenge: Leave time and space for your imagination to play. Be open to it.
