I have recently been introduced to the writtings of Dr Maxwell Maltz, & as part of my on going learning and professional development & have recently purchased some of his books to add to my library.
"Psycho-Cybernetics" was written in 1960, & was follwed up by several other books, all written around the subject of Self Image, Creative thinking & Creative doing.
Now part way through reading my new purchases, I have found it very interesting these books, written many years ago still have great relevance today. We are all surrounded by a world that appears to want us to multi task all the time, rather than be multi skilled and focus on one project at a time to create the best possible results we can, we often do not feel fullfilled in our lives at all.
During my training facilitation & coaching, I am continually saddened to find so many people have such low self image & apppear to stifle their creative thinking, which is why I am such a believer in Strength Training, & Marcus's great books and programs.
"Dare to be different; share your self-respect with others." , "Every success means self-fullfillment"
There are so many great motivational quotes from Dr Maltz, & now I have my highlighter pen & post it flags with me as I read through my books marking & tagging sentences which I really relate to or know I can use during my training/coaching to assist my clients.
I remain grateful for being introduced to these books & hope you may find them of assistance as well.
