I have just had a two day course called Step Forward, the course was designed to focus on your strenghts, and engagement with your staff, Mark Robb from Positive Reframe did a fantastic job, i was probably one of the most receptive characters on the course because of my interest in personal development, i look forward to using some new ideas, he was using a lot of the ideas that Marcus promotes, i will keep you posted, if anybody has done anything similar please share your ideas.
