I've recently been asked to provide "My favourite quote" for an article and well, that question has stumped me completely. I collect quotes. I love quotes. I seek them out, I mull over them, I repeat them, I have books dedicated entirely to the ones that make my whole body "shzzzshhszz" (that's a vibrating sound). Dr Maxwell Maltz "Psycho-Cybernetics" books for your library
I have recently been introduced to the writtings of Dr Maxwell Maltz, & as part of my on going learning and professional development & have recently purchased some of his books to add to my library.
"Psycho-Cybernetics" was written in 1960, & was follwed up by several other books, all written around the subject of Self Image, Creative thinking & Creative doing.

I came across this list in the book "Positive Psychology Coaching" by Robert Biswas-Diener (leaning my coaching more and more towards Appreciative Coaching/Positive Coaching - anyone else out there coach with this lens?)

My private social services company just got the Work First grant for the entire state of New Mexico! Pretty neat! Now more than ever I would love to nail the Director of Training and Development job in the company. The ACTIVATOR in me says, "Let's get started!" The MAXIMIZER says, "With this great bunch of folks at SL Start working to their strengths most of the time, that job would be AWESOME!
