Well done Advait!
A revelation eh? Well often that's the case. The last thing we see or even weant to see are our Strengths.
I'm waiting for my Standout book to arrive so that I can assess my roles compared with DISC & MBTI profiling.
I'm also a business coach in the UK, France & Middle East & have worked in sales & marketing in the past in India. It's my dream to develop & launch a coaching programme in India.
One of my favourite books is also Perfume! Wow.

My top two roles are: Advisor and Pioneer.
Characteristics of these roles: Practical, Detail oriented, Optimist.
That went completely against my self-perception.
I have viewedmyself as : Idealist, concetptual, and a full-blowm pessimist.
After brief resistance when I accepted the verdict, I can now see that the view of self I had harbored for long was only a armour to shield my strengths.
And now , memories of situations and experiences aligned with the verdict are coming to the fore.:)
This is beautiful.
Tomorrow, I begin my business coaching program. I will be walking into it with my new found awareness . What a gift!
