Working towards the teachings of The Secret, i have watched this film many times, i never get board of it, there is a part about parking your car and gets you to think that there will be space, and your wish is your comand, well i have been doing this for years and it works for me, i would recommend this film or the book to anyone, or if you have seen it what do you think?

I have just had a two day course called Step Forward, the course was designed to focus on your strenghts, and engagement with your staff, Mark Robb from Positive Reframe did a fantastic job, i was probably one of the most receptive characters on the course because of my interest in personal development, i look forward to using some new ideas, he was using a lot of the ideas that Marcus promotes, i will keep you posted, if anybody has done anything similar please share your ideas.
