Hi Penelope,

I saw your comment on Linda Rowley's profile that you were "rolling out Strengths Essentials, STOP-Cut out Weaknesses and Strong Manager Programs in 2012 here in Australia"

By "rolling out" do you mean just teaching the concepts to groups, or are you actually someone who provides certification for coaches/consultants in those programs? (I assume that attending a program as a participant is different to actually being certified in the "modality.")

If you do actually provide certification, are there other certifiers in Australia that also do the same thing? (For the Strengths Essentials, STOP-Cut out Weaknesses and Strong Manager Programs.)

Hi Pen
Thanks for the invite. Great to connect to other Aussies. You have an impressive bio. I work in education and would love to do what you do in the business world in education and am currently working out how to do that. I love snow skiing probably as much as you love diving.
