Your favorite book/movie/time waster:: Time waster: exercise: biking, tennis, running, playing with my golden retriever outside

Book: anything Strengths related, and written by James Patterson (mindless books), Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferazzi

Other fascinating details about you (bio, hidden talents, etc.): All all areas of my life (sports, friends, family, work, non-profit), I'm the individual people come to in order to identify the gaps and create meaningful solutions. I'm passionate about taking something or someone from the routine, shaking it up and making something new and exciting.

Since getting back to The Land of Oz , I am not sure my feet have touched the ground - Mind you as I have said to someone else I beleive that is because I think I left my Organisational skills on board and aircraft somewhere. My trip State side was fantastic - first and formost my time with the team at Stong Manager Training, and add to that Diana Ross & Vegas, the helicopters over Grand Cannon, and qucikly followed by Helicapter over LA - awesome! And then my visit to see the Orca's at Seaworld San Diagio [mm spelt that wrong]. An amazing jourmney in total. Now to get focused and tske action and make it all happen - My goal for the next financial quarter! Let me know what is happening in your world. Pen
