Erin Schreyer is President of Sagestone Partners, a Cincinnati-based firm focused on Leadership and Talent Management. Sagestone provides coaching, consulting and training services to help leaders maximize the positive impact they have on their people, as well as their business results.

Erin has a passion and heart for developing people and organizations to achieve their greatest potential. She focuses on enhancing and leveraging strengths, improving communication and professional relationships, and inspiring greater success. Erin collaborates with clients to create strategic plans and set challenging but realistic goals for optimal professional growth and business results.

Erin is a Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach, trained through an International Coach Federation accredited body. She is also a Certified Strengths Trainer, accredited by The Marcus Buckingham Company, the world leader in strengths-based research, knowledge and expertise.

In 2009, Erin founded the non-profit group, Authentic Leadership Cincinnati, to provide ongoing development and community for character-based leaders. That same year, Erin was named Runner-Up for Woman of the Year - Entrepreneur by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce.

An avid blogger, Erin enjoys writing on the topics of leadership and talent management on her site, Authentic Leadership. She has also been published on several websites nationally, including Forbes.com.

Erin is a frequent volunteer in her church and community, where she spends time leading a mentor program and working with individuals to gain self-sufficiency and break the cycle of poverty.

I just stumbled on an analogy or something while reading your column.

The more i peel the layers of skin or protection from myself, the better i feel ! and....The more 'exposed' i become, the safer i feel !

I too, like you, are very energized about all this and anyhing i get into a 'flow' about.

Looking forward to raising my personal bar by meeting all you new beautiful people !   :o)
