- Seeing explosive breakthroughs in the lives of others.

- Chief Creative Office - I am a Connector/Creator. Even before taking Standout I knew I wanted this type of position. I want to work with a team to innovate. I have way too many great ideas that could be executed well if I had a team of uniquely gifted individuals.
- Your favorite book/movie/time waster:
- I greatly enjoy fiction stories (Lord of the Rings, Wingfeather Saga, Chronicles of Narnia, Redwall, etc.) I enjoy sharing these with my children and seeing how adventure shapes my own life and work.

- Marcus Buckingham, Dan Cathy, Brad Voeller
