A valuable invitation from TMBC - for StandOut keeners!

Since you're a part of this StandOut group, I know you're all familiar with Marcus’s new prescriptive, action-oriented strength assessment that reveals your personal edge and provides practical advice and strategies on what you can do to win at work. But you may not know that TMBC offers StandOut Coaching. And if you think that’s good news, wait until you read the offer at the end of this post (we’re going to assume that you didn’t skip ahead just now to spoil the surprise). 

StandOut Coaching supports people who want to do a deeper dive with their assessment results. But TMBC only has a certain number of coaches, and try as we might, we can’t convince them to work 168-hour work weeks. So, in order to make StandOut Coaching more widely available, we have started the StandOut Coach Certification Program, which will certify people to debrief the assessment results with their clients. 

The Coaching Certification program is a 5-week training including 4 group sessions, one 1:1 training session and one “hands-on” coaching experience. 

We are looking for 6 Strengths Campus StandOut  members to participate in a StandOut coaching session with one of our “coaches in training.” This 90-minute telephone debrief, which would typically cost $795,  will explore your top 2 Roles separately and in combination, as well as set you up on a path to accelerate performance in your areas of strength — all at no cost to you. Our only request is that after your session you fill out a short feedback form giving your candid feedback on your coaching experience. 

Please let me know if you would be interested in receiving this session - we're anticipating the sessions to take place in the first week of December.

Hi,

 

I am guessing I may be too late to sign up for this? Perhaps I could be considered for the next round if there is one. Recently ran a strengths based workshop at my company here in Montreal, where I am constantly pushing the whole strengths concept, and I am planning to put my team through the standout assessment next, so this coaching would be hugely useful.

You are not to late, actually we have one additional volunteer spot left for this round if you would still like to participate. You will need to be available for a 90-minute call sometime between December 5th and 13th.

Unfortunately,  the time has passed to be a volunteer for the November/Decembers class. However, (great news!) our January class of trainees will be seeking volunteers as well.

The requirements:

You must..

-          Be available sometime between January 30th and February 6th for a 90 minute 1:1 with your assigned coach (time TBD, when the two of you speak)

-          Have taken StandOut

-          And be able to watch a short (20 minute) video clip prior to your 1:1

I would love to be a part of this for myself and also to learn more about the opportunity and path to becoming a StandOut coach.  I recently completed my certification as a Coach with Gallup StrenghtsFinder and am excited to make the connection now to StandOut!
