One of the most difficult in an organization is that to make all staff are statisfied with their current job/task and it must be balance with what they will get in term of salary and benefits.This is the problem that faced in all organization ,especially a very young company.
Why I am saying staff satisfactions is really important ,because it will give a big impact in term of acheiving a Company's Goals.So,to acheive the target,the company must acheiving /fufill their staff 's statisfaction first.Some of company give a very little benefits/salary and their staff have to do more works.This situation will make their staff less motivation to do their tasks/jobs at the very best.So how we are going to optimize /minimize company budget spending and increase the productivity??I guess, this is one of the toughest challange in any company...Is it possible for us to do a training for staff ?? After attending the training,do the staff will applied of what they get from the training,or their mindset is still the same as before attending the training????...
