Using the Team Member Console Conversation Tool on StandoutM and Seeing Positive Results

Used the Conversation Tool the other day while composing an email to two team members (Provider /Advisor and Teacher/Creator).  Results (via their responses) were surprisingly good.  Used it again in a conversation with Teacher / Creator yesterday.  Results were amazing.  It helped me to listen more precisely and compose my thoughts.  It was fun to watch him be energized as I asked him to help me understand something.


Is anyone else using the Tool?  Seeing positive results?

Hey David - just starting to use it with my mentoring clients as part of the Vocation section of my Work2Live Curriculum.

Early days, but am getting lots of buy in as I run the process.

I'm curious, did you find that the conversation tool suggestions actually resonated with people, or did they more so act as a starting point you could use to then get into a discussion that resonated with people?
