Sorry no one got back to you sooner. These two attributes are from Marcus' book StandOut. I am a Connector/Creator (Meaning I love to learn and connect others to new ideas). Personally, I have gotten a ton out of this resource.
Right now I am working with a discussion group talking about the benefits of using StandOut as an starting point and then using Go, Put Your Strengths to Work to define the exact actions that help us work more in our strengths than our weaknesses.
The assessment comes either through buying the book (code and instructions at the back of the book) or through buying the assessment strait out through TMBC. I prefer buying the book because it is a handy resource to have.

Being sensitive to how things fit together and compeled to keep things aligned (Equalizer), I was able to facilitate the talent review by keeping everyone connected to thoughts and ideas being shared. This role gives me the confidence to ask the right questions, at the right time, to keep conversations going and connected. My Creator role helped me make the days a bit more interesting through being flexible and changing things on the fly as needed.
