I recenetly attended the Chick-Fil-A Leadercast where I heard MArcus speak. I have sense taken the Stand Out instrument, read the book, and I am very excited to apply the principles contained therein. My question revolves around the topic used in the title of Marcus' remarks at the Leadercast. He noted that many companies use data gathered regarding previous interactions to tailor my experience for current and future interactions (i.e., Net Flix, Joseph A. Bank/Nordstrom, etc.). I was hoping that by taking the Stand Out instrument, my experience within the website and other contact points would be tailored to my unique strengths. Does anyone know if there are plans for the Stand out group to begin tailoring the training and learning experience to individuals? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how best to tailor my interaction & contact points with the Buckingham Group to be more personalized and individually meaningful. It seems to me that this type of tailored interaction would be absolutely golden. Thanks.
