Hello all, I purchased the workshop in a box, for Strengths Essentials. I am following the instructions on page 6 of the facilitator guide to download additional resources. I go to http://clients.tmbc.com and enter the program key listend in the faciliator guide. Nothing happens, it just cycles back to the page that prompts me to enter the program key. I have called the TMBC office and sent an email and have not heard from them. Any ideas? Thanks Kathy

Posting this concern here should also help to get it taken care of soon. I am very interested in what you think of the Strengths Essentials kit. I am interested in bringing it on board for my own organization.
