Program key for StrengthsEssenials is not working
Hello all,
I purchased the workshop in a box, for Strengths Essentials. I am following the instructions on page 6 of the facilitator guide to download additional resources. I go to http://clients.tmbc.com and enter the program key listend in the faciliator guide. Nothing happens, it just cycles back to the page that prompts me to enter the program key. I have called the TMBC office and sent an email and have not heard from them.
Any ideas?

Did you send an email directly to customerservice@tmbc.com ?
Posting this concern here should also help to get it taken care of soon. I am very interested in what you think of the Strengths Essentials kit. I am interested in bringing it on board for my own organization.
