I purchased the Kindle version of the Standout book and do not see a code in it to take the assessment. I assumed it would still come with it, but perhaps that assumption was wrong.
Do I have to purchase the hardcover version in order to get a code to take the assessment?

The Kindle edition of StandOut does in fact include an access key. This key should have been emailed to you immediately after your purchase. I will contact Amazon right away to determine if this is an anomaly or part of a larger problem.

Hello, thank you for the prompt response. Not sure what happened, I do have the receipt for the purchase of the book. I appreciate your help - hopefully this was a one time anomaly with email delivery.
Thank you for the codes, that is really helpful. The challenge is that when I try to use them, they state that they are already associated with an account or something like that.
Could you email me outside this thread with the solution, in case the codes were used by somebody else? Not sure if this is totally public or not.
I believe you have my email address on file - but if you could send the information on how to resolve to email@example.com, that is my home email. That would be helpful.
I just purchased the Kindle edition. I received my Amazon receipt, but no access key with it, and no separate email from Amazon with the key.
So I IM'd Amazon. The representative told me that Amazon is not responsible for the key, the publisher is. I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting my key.
Rather frustrating at this point!
