Hello from a New Member

Hello all.  My top strengths in Standout were identified as Teacher, Connector, Pioneer, Creator, Stimulator.

When I took the Strengths Finder 2.0 my top strength were identified as:   Strategic, Maximizer, Intellection, Futuristic, & Learner

Is there any correlation in the StrengthsFinder 2.0 results and the StandOut results?  Any insight into how you believe that the results from both surveys complement each other?

Teacher and maximizer seem to correlate well is we are talking about a desire to see people grow in big ways. Your connector may be about people or ideas. If ideas then that seems to correlate with your Strategic/Intellection - finding ways to connect ideas to situations/people.

There are many facets to each of the StandOut roles, and the combination is the part that makes the biggest difference, I believe.
