In Go Put Your Strengths to Work:

"If you could talk with only one person about your most powerful strengths...who would that be?"

How do you find this person when you don't have people in your immediate sphere of influence who share your strengths and are highly successful at using them. I am a Connector/Creator, and I know I can be much more powerful and effective if I could get into my strengths zone. The people on my list I would love to talk to about my strengths are CEO's and primary leaders of small businesses whom I do not know personally...yet.

One part of my heart thinks I am too small a person to reach out to them,but the other part knows that I should be where they are as I learn to use my strengths.

What would you do?
